cherie grew up in france in a middle class family. she never really thought about what she
wanted in life, she just drifted to high school without much aim.
when her graduation day came, it really hit her how she has nothing going for her. after
several anxious discussions with her parents and pals, she decided to take a gap year and
work for some money and find out what she likes.
by chance, she found out about indieville. it was the perfect place for her, and was very
affordable. so she wished her parents goodbye as she went to a foreign place to pursue
science.
